What happens when you click the ‘BOOK NOW” button? 

When you click on the “Book Now” button, you will be taken to a secure order page to enter your credit card information. This is a ‘third party’ secure processing company, so your order information is kept completely confidential- only the processing company and your credit card company access this information.

Your order is processed immediately and you’ll be taken right to my scheduling software to set up your Initial 45-minute Phone Case Review.

Once you book your appointment time, a page will come up with the details of your appointment and a link that takes you to a Welcome page where you can download the paperwork for the first appointment (there will also be a link to the paperwork in the confirmation email sent directly after you book your appointment.)

It is important that you remember that you will NOT be able to have your initial appointment until this paperwork is received and that the it needs to be sent to me by email or fax at least 48-hours before your scheduled appointment.

Additionally, I want to make sure you know that I am working as a Certified Holistic Health Counselor in my work at Integrative Depression Solutions. As such, I will not be using any CPT codes (these are psychotherapy procedure codes) or providing any mental health diagnostic codes. Because of this, NO health insurance plans will cover these consultations.
